Please be informed that in accordance with the provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (Par. 7 of Art. 13 of the Law On Markets in Financial Instruments and item 11.1.2 of the Accounting Rules of Financial Instruments and Their Circulation) an account manager must keep separate accounting of its own financial instruments and those of each client. These provisions enforce the principle of assets segregation, as a result the clients’ holdings in personal accounts managed by the Financial Brokerage Department of AB bankas Snoras may not be subject to any claim related to the bank’s liabilities.
