The amendments and supplements to the Rules on Settlement of Securities Transactions Concluded on the Vilnius Stock Exchange were approved by the Board of the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania on 7 November 2008 and by the Board of the Vilnius Stock Exchange on 10 November 2008. It is established that these amendments and supplements to the Rules are going to come into force on 17 November 2008, but not earlier than the initial public offering of Government securities is started through the public company Vilnius Stock Exchange
