2004 06 17 Updated the questionnaire included in Disclosure Framework for Securities Settlement System

2004 05 28 OMHEX and the Lithuanian State Property Fund closed the privatisation transaction of NSEL and CSDL
Today OMHEX and SPF closed the transaction, whereby OMHEX purchased 44.3% of the shares of NSEL and 32% of the shares of CSDL.
OMHEX has already transferred LTL 5.01 million for NSEL shares and LTL 5.81 million for CSDL shares into the account of SPF. OMHEX ownership in NSEL currently amounts to 81% and in CSDL to 32% (together with the related persons OMHEX will manage 40% of CSDL shares).
President of CSDL Arturas Keleras was elected member to the newly formed Board of NSEL.
On June 8, the Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of both NSEL and CSDL will take place, where the new Supervisory Board of NSEL will be elected and representatives of OMHEX will be appointed to the Management Board of CSDL.
2004 05 21 Sale of National Stock Exchange of Lithuania and Central Securities Depository of Lithuania
The sale-purchase contract of Plc National Stock Exchange of Lithuania and Plc Central Securities Depository of Lithuania signed by State Property Fund and OMHEX. The buyer has to pay LTL 5,014 m for 44.31% of NSEL and LTL 5,81 m for 32% of CSDL shares.

2004 04 02 Plc "Snoro garantas" (insurance) share capital increased to LTL 17 m
